As part of our client and commercial services and work, we ask from time-to-time for audiences and users to consent to allowing us to capture and use their supplied personal data as part of our marketing campaigns and services that audiences and users have been clearly informed about and have willingly and knowingly consented to participate within. By consenting to any of the above individuals are agreeing to our lawful basis for processing personal data.

This includes but isn’t exclusive to taking part in; school marketing campaigns, receiving school resources, taking part in online and offline surveys and research projects, taking part in national competitions and using our website www.super-ideas.com.

How will your personal data be used?

Data collected will only be used in relation to the services SUPER. provides. We will not pass on your data on to a third party unless:

  1. The third party is working in partnership with SUPER. and has been officially appointed to help deliver a product or service that audiences or users have consented to.
  2. Audiences or users have consented to being informed about related products and services that are relevant to them.

For third parties that SUPER. uses to help deliver some of its services that may handle personal data - we enforce that they sign a data agreement ensuring that they are equally complying to GDPR regulations and that audience and user data is only being used to help deliver what has already been consented to by audiences and users.

All data agreements will be recorded and held by the company for 50 months.

Data Retention Periods

From 25th May 2018, SUPER. will hold all recorded data for a maximum of 50 months unless specified at the point of consent (shorter or longer). After this period, all personal data held by the company will be deleted, this includes; registered data captured for campaigns and Google Analytics data held on SUPER’s website www.super-ideas.com.

By using our website or registering for our campaigns or marketing services you consent to SUPER. holding your personal data for 50 months unless specified at the point of consent.

Individual Rights

Under GDPR laws individuals have a right to complain to the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) if they think there is a problem with how the company is handling data. Your individual rights under GDPR include:

Deletion of Personal Data

Under GDPR individuals have the right to ask for the data to be deleted. If you would like your data deleted please email hello@super-ideas.com stating what information you would like deleting.

By law, the company will respond within 30 days highlighting what our actions will be. This will include one of the following:

  1. complying with the request.
  2. refusing or charging for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If in the unlikely event the company refuses a request to delete personal data, we will inform you why and highlight the right to complain to the supervisory authority and to a judicial remedy.
